"Meet Josie Clemens, Not only is she Hell’s Kitchen’s first vegan chef, she is also an activist turned private chef who is passionate about the mind-body connection. Josie has certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming, which helps her work with her clients to neutralize their entire nervous system, mind consciousness, and allow for the heart and intuition to speak much louder than anything else. Basically, she uses food to help treat people’s worst ailments by allowing it to work for them. She has helped so many of her clients to improve as they battled cancer, PTSD, IBS, eating disorders, and many other kinds of issues. Above all else Josie identifies as an activist and cares about everyone getting the proper food and good health and she is using her amazing talents and platform to spread this message."

Meet your headliner: Brittany Brave is a NYC-via-Miami based comedian, actress, writer, producer and host who’s been seen on TBS, MTV, Quibi, The Wendy Williams Show, SiriusXM and featured in The New York Times, ELLE, Ashton Kutcher’s A-Plus, TimeOut New York, Entrepreneur Magazine and more. In 2023 Brave was named Best Comedy Act by TimeOut Miami, in 2021, Best Comedian by the Miami New Times, in 2019, named Best New Comic at the NY Comedy Festival and Caroline’s on Broadway and in 2017 an Emerging Talent by TBS Network. Brave recently joined the team at top 40/Hot AC station WFLC-FM (HITS 97.3, Cox Media Group) adding her voice to the newly launched Jade Alexander Show during the morning drive.

Brave has quickly made a name for herself in the stand up comedy circuits in NYC and Miami, regularly opening for nationally touring headliners such as Jessica Kirson, Mark Normand, Judy Gold, Ilana Glazer, Jared Freid, Ricky Velez and more. She recently emceed Bitcoin 2022’s Real Sound Money Festival, hosting for notable names such as Hannibal Burress, Jay Pharoah, Donnell Rawlings, Michael Rapaport and Jimmy O. Yang. She was also a featured comedic contributor in Jon Chattman’s Moving Foreword, published alongside works by Darrell Hammond, Jerry Springer and more.
